Your end-users can Log into the TV App via the website by following a few simple steps. 

Open the TV App → Click on “Login” → Scan the QR code displayed on the TV App via your mobile (or you can type the URL) → Type the “Code” displayed on the TV App on the website and click on “Connect”. You will be logged into the TV App.

Open the TV App → Click on “Login” → You can view the login “Code”→ Log in to your mobile app → Navigate to “Menu” - “Settings” - “Connect Your Device” → Type the “Code” displayed in the TV App → Tap on “Connect”. You will be logged into the TV App.

The Code-Based Login feature is available out of the box for all TV Apps. Also, it is a generic feature and there is no option in the Muvi One CMS to enable/disable this feature. However, if you want to disable this feature, you can add a Support Ticket.

Not just the URL-based login, you can also get the authentication code to log into the TV Apps using the QR Code. You can scan the QR code displayed on the TV App via your mobile (or you can type the URL; e.g., https://yourdomain.com/tvconnect) of your store on the web browser to log in.

Muvi One does not charge anything to enable the Code-Based Login feature on your account. This is a generic feature available by default for all apps and we do not charge extra or you don’t have to share revenue with us.
