Introduction

Billing may be paused in the beginning of your subscription if you have requested for any customization. Once the customization is done and billing is resumed, there is no way to pause it. 

 

What Happens When Billing is Paused

When we pause billing, platform subscription fee is paused but you must pay for the infrastructure/storage/bandwidth/DRM whether you are using the platform or not.

Note: If Muvi Kart is enabled for your store, then you need to pay for the infrastructure fee. 

How Billing is Resumed

The billing is resumed automatically once the work is done or the time frame to pause billing is over. You will get an email notification regarding this.
