Sprint will soon start to bundle Hulu’s SVOD offering with its Unlimited Freedom plan. This plan shall include HD streaming and 10 GB limit per month per line of mobile hotspot data.
The deal shall focus on offering Hulu’s subscription plan with limited commercials at $7.99 per month. Both the companies also plan to offer Sprint Unlimited subs, which is an “upgrade option” for Hulu’s live TV service and is already available in beta mode.
The Sprint-Hulu agreement is yet another instance of a mobile service provider partnering with an OTT service provider following a recent deal between T-Mobile and Netflix.
