According to Wall Street Journal,Discovery, MC, A+E, Scripps Networks and Viacom are launching a streaming service that focuses on non sports channels in the next few weeks. The service is going to be priced at less than $20 and may include core networks of the programmers involved.
The service will be run on Philo, a streaming TV platform targeted towards college students.
