MGM approached Muvi to specifically build the ROKU app for streaming exclusive content in the UK, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. MGM uses Muvi’s professional services to design a custom app template so that it’s entire UI looks similar to the MGM Amazon website. 1. Muvi One powered ROKU App- MGM uses Muvi One powered ROKU app that streams in specific countries providing content either on a monthly subscription or pay-per-view basis. Multiple features have been deployed on Muvi One powered ROKU app like content streaming support for dual languages with active MBR subtitle support, user-registration, geo-block feature, and region-specific currencies.
2. Geo block Feature– MGM has enabled Geo-block feature on their ROKU app to support country specific content delivery schedules across UK, Canada, Brazil and Mexico.
3. Tattle- MGM uses Tattle, Muvi’s internal ticketing and workflow management system for effective customer support ticket management. Tattle ensures that the support mechanism is online 24/7 and enables region-specific smooth handling of raised tickets through multi language response support.
