According to reports, Apple Music has overtaken Spotify to become the most popular online music streaming service in the US. Apple Music takes the top place among the on-demand music streaming services in the US.
Apple and Spotify are neck and neck with over 20 million subscribers each; with Apple Music reportedly in the lead, based on revenue. The report further states that Apple Music has more than 45 million subscribers worldwide, with an additional 5-10 million free trial users. Apple Music enjoys around 45 million subscribers around the world, all of which is paid ones.
