Once enabled, SendGrid allows your Muvi platform to send transactional and marketing emails through a reliable email delivery service, with visibility into delivery status and engagement metrics.
How to Use This Integration
- Log in to your SendGrid account (or sign up if you don’t have one).
- In your SendGrid dashboard, go to Settings → API Keys and create a new API key.
- Log in to your Muvi CMS → Support → Create a Ticket, select Customized Request, and mention “SendGrid Integration” in the ticket title.
- Add your SendGrid API key and sender domain details in the ticket description.
- Submit the request — the Muvi team will connect SendGrid to your platform and share activation details.
