According to a recent CSG Systems International survey conducted on some 1,000 millennials (aged 18-35) across US, UK, Brazil and Australia on their expectations for mobile services, found that millennials have clear priorities for their mobile service in the coming years, including increased focus on personalization, adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), and high quality and intuitive experience for entertainment viewing.
The survey found that millennials are open when it comes to choosing the service provider, majorly emphasizing on non-traditional providers like Google, Amazon. 6 out of 10 millennials are ready to spend more for customized and more personalized services.
