Inside Sales development Representative


Job Description is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support sales in the US+EU region (Evening Shift Role because of the targeted geographies). This position is an integral part of our sales engine.

This role within the Enterprise team is responsible for analyzing & qualifying inbound leads to handover to the Senior Team for closure. The Enterprise SDR will need to be able to articulate the software portfolio’s value proposition to incoming leads and get meetings booked. SDR will work closely with the Business Head and Business Development Managers.

He / She should have general understanding of the Streaming Market & Muvi’s software offering to be able to address client queries; with the following objective of getting the prospects to book a meeting with Muvi Business Team.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  1. Qualify Inbound Leads via the CRM (HubSpot) based on activity metrics as defined in the SOP.
  2. Calling the qualified leads to understand use-case & overall requirements.
  3. Following up with interested leads via multiple channels – Email, Phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
  4. Effective Time Management to handle Global Geographies
  5. Assisting Senior Business Team with RFI / RFPs with initial drafting
  6. Proficient in creating commercial proposals for Enterprise Leads
  7. Strike and initiate conversations, and set up meetings & demos with relevant profiles
  8. Maintain and update records in the Prospecting (Apollo) & CRM (HubSpot) software.

Skills Required

2-4 years of SDR experience in an individual contributor role in the enterprise/mid-market.

  • Organized and reliable; able to work independently with little direction when necessary
  • A result-oriented individual with a multi-tasking ability
  • Learning mindset and the right attitude that may help thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform in a remote working environment
