Search Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Manager – Search Marketing to join our Marketing team in Bhubaneswar. He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing SEO of our sites, running paid ad campaigns via Google AdWords / PPC basis and looking after overall Analytics of the website. He/She will lead a small team of SEO specialists and drive our sites / products to the right goal. 

He/She may also look at other paid marketing avenues like Native advertising and Ad-buying across media and exchanges to bring in additional traffic.  

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and Manage SEO of Muvi’s websites, along with a small team of SEO specialists
  • Conceptualize, create and optimize high value paid campaigns on Google Search, Google Display/Display Network, Youtube, Gmail Targeting, Social Media and other paid Ad-platforms
  • Build remarketing and look-alike audience
  • Be hands on with tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Google Tag Manager etc
  • Be hands on with 3rd party tools for SEO and Paid Keywords Analysis
  • Be responsible for competitor analysis and prepare strategy of our paid ads accordingly
  • Should have the ability to prepare Ad-Copies on his/her own
  • Optimise ad campaigns while scaling up without impacting the lead quality
  • Maintain low CPL and high SQL to MQL ratio
  • Analyse data and find insights to improve campaigns
  • Regular interaction & insights sharing with Sales team to understand the lead quality and optimise campaigns accordingly
  • Plan new initiatives & experiments to explore future growth opportunities.
  • Build processes to streamline Optimization, Campaign Management and Analytics activities
  • Design and execute a channel growth plan to increase quality leads aggressively
  • Proactively share and learn best practices that are relevant to the business.
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness

Requirements :

  • Overall 5 years of experience across SEO and Paid Ads (SEM/PPC/AdWords)
  • Overall 3 years of experienced in running Search, Display, Youtube, and Social Media ads
  • Well versed with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to execute multiple tasks.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication (English)
