The pandemic boosted the decision of Home Depot-like minds to make the switch from in-store workshops to live streaming workshops. Live streaming has impacted the brand for the better with a move from five workshops a month to live streaming 40 shows a month, an increase in online and app sales of up to 86%, and a rise in customer engagement and retention.
