According to a new research by Roy Morgan Research, some 1.45 million Australians aged 14+ buy movies and TV shows downloaded online in an average three months period. In the last 12 months to September 2016, these downloaders spent some estimate of A$257 million (€182m) combined.

Among the top five providers of Australia, Dodo’s customers are most likely to purchase movies and TV shows for download (some 10.9 per cent), ahead of Telstra at some 10.4 per cent, Optus at 9.4 per cent, and iiNet at 8.4 per cent.
