According to recent study by Juniper Research, revenues from global digital games market are all set to reach the $100 billion (€94.7bn) mark by the end of this year. Given the continued growth of mobile and increasing mobile penetration, the industry will see revenues reach $132 billion by 2021.
Looking at the positive outlook of the mobile industry, publishers are now looking to integrate in-game advertising and the research believes it to be most effective when users opt-in.
