According to the Hub Entertainment Research’s new ‘Branding of TV’ report, Netflix is the new TV brand that has viewers are most reluctant to give up. When surveyed on which TV channel would they prefer if they could only have three, 36% of respondents named Netflix as one of three, far ahead of ABC at 20% and third-ranked CBS at 18%.
Netflix was found to be even more indispensable among 16-24 year olds, having 56% of them including Netflix in their must have lists, nearly three times more than second ranked ABC at 19%.
