After much buzz, Quibi has finally been launched. The new streaming service offers its users with a 90-day free trial period. Quibi’s original video content includes short videos to viewers on tablets or smartphones.

The platform offers reality shows, docuseries, movies, TV shows, and news, all being delivered in 5 to 10 minutes long episodes. The mobile-only short video streaming service has its ad-free monthly subscription for $8 and $5 for a monthly subscription with ads.

Meg Whitman, CEO of Quibi said “If all of our users are saying, “We really want to be able to watch this content on our big screen,” then we’ll develop the capability to do that.”
