A recent extract from the Arqiva’s Millennials Research Project shows the consumer viewing patterns across platforms. It has been observed that on weekdays, people prefer to watch TV. This is when they follow a rather organized routine, and often TV is used as a family time. On weekends, the pattern is a little haphazard. There is more usage of VoD OTT on personal devices like smartphones and computers. Linear TV is most accessed in the living room where it is most often present, while VoD content finds more use in the youth’s personal rooms.
