According to a a latest research from Boon Dog, Canada’s publicly trading television service providers on a whole continued to lose a record number of TV subscribers in 2016. The research stated that the big traditional TV service providers lost a record level of 202,000 TV subs in the respective 2016/2017 fiscal years.

These figures were way up from that of 160,000 lost in the 2015/2016 fiscal years. These cable providers also experienced slowed down IPTV subscriber growth along with losing Cable subs.
