As stated by the CEO, Glen Post, in a Goldman Sachs’ 25th Annual Communacopia Conference, CenturyLink is all set to launch its OTT video streaming services by the early 2017. The service will only include a set of 17 channels initially, bundled with some local channels.
“We believe it will be profitable, but the real value will be bringing in the other services like high speed internet and Internet of Things that we expect to be a driver for us in the months ahead,” Post said during the conference.
