RTVC, a state telecommunications company in Colombia has launched a free OTT web and mobile app, offering a variety of series, programs and documentaries. The service currently offers content from public Colombian channels and Radio Nacional Colombia.
Topics to be covered by RTVC Play are cooking, food, art, science, humour, gender and identity. The service is launched with a purpose to promote culture and education of Colombia, according to John Jairo Ocampo, RTVC’s general manager.
