Twitter’s chief financial officer Antony Noto has revealed that the company intends to double down its live-streaming efforts in 2017, after it had 5.1 million people watching Grammy’s on during awards show. Noto also stated that Twitter plans to do so by bringing more video content and shows to the platform in Japan and throughout the UK.

Noto also predicts that this will attract advertisers as increased focus on live streaming video will improve value of ads and have better potential to reach larger audiences.
