CBS is expanding distribution of its network programming content on OTT services like YouTube, Hulu and CBS All Access. Access to new and emerging digital distribution platforms enables viewers to access their favorite local programs as well as hit CBS programs says Chris Cornelius, chairman of the Affiliates Board and VP of Morgan Murphy Media that is also the owner of 2 CBS affiliates.

CBS is the sole broadcaster with its own paid streaming service, CBS All Access. CBS offers  affiliate partners a potential to generate revenue.  At the moment , 90% of viewers in the country are able to receive their local CBS affiliate via CBS All Access. Although CBS Corp, has partnered with Hulu, Youtube and Sony Vue, it is yet to collaborate with DirecTV Now and Sling TV. Read More
