Facebook made an announcement that it would stream Premier League games through its NBC Sports Gold platform. Facebook has collaborated with Fox Sports to stream UEFA Champions League games on Facebook Live in the US. Separate deals to stream Major League Soccer matches, MLB games and World Surf League events have been signed by Facebook.
Amazon has paid $50 million in April to the NFL for streaming 10 Thursday night games. It recently made an announcement to charge $2.8 million for ad packages during its streamed NFL games.
Twitter too announced a streaming a lot of live sports streams which includes weekly regular season WNBA games and a twitter exclusive MLB program. Read More
