Russian pay TV provider NTV+ has grown 3.5 times in the first quarter of 2018 totaling the subscriber count to 41,000 which has made the OTT platform, the group’s fastest growing business area.
The video-on-demand service is available to both NTV+ subscribers and the non-subscribers as well. NTV+ was recently in news for launching an updated multiscreen OTT TV. The group said that it signed up an average of 250 subscribers a day to the service during March.
The online video hosting service is available on Apple TV, Android TV boxes, smart TV platforms. Also, it is available on the web, iOS, and Android mobile devices.
