TLD3 aims to move into wireless audio streaming market

TLD3 Entertainment Group has closed the acquisition of assets of Digital Legend, a developer of wireless audio streaming and music social network software. With this acquisition, TLD3 will now own and control the global marketing and development rights to Mbox wireless audio streaming technology and Take It 2 The Next Level’s music social networking application.

The wireless audio streaming market is predicted to grow at $33 billion a year by 2023 and online audio streaming market currently has crossed $10 billion annually. TLD3’s entrance into the wireless audio streaming, online music streaming and music discovery markets is positioned to bring new users into the emerging streaming entertainment markets.
