DoveRunner is a multi-DRM content protection platform that secures premium video across devices and platforms. With Muvi, you can integrate a multi-DRM workflow to protect content using Widevine, FairPlay, and PlayReady, ensuring secure playback across web, mobile, and TV applications.
Once enabled, DoveRunner integrates into Muvi’s streaming workflow to apply industry-standard DRM protection using Widevine, FairPlay, and PlayReady. This ensures secure content delivery while Muvi continues to manage playback logic, device compatibility, and monetization.
How to Use This Integration
- Log in to your Muvi CMS → Player → Encoding Profiles.
- Create a new profile or edit an existing one and enable DRM by selecting Yes under DRM settings.
- Select the required output formats such as HLS or MPEG-DASH and save the profile.
- While uploading new content, assign this DRM-enabled encoding profile.
- Muvi automatically encrypts the content and issues licenses through DoveRunner’s Multi-DRM service.
- Stream securely across browsers, mobile apps, and smart TVs using Widevine, FairPlay, and PlayReady.
