Twillio
Twilio is a cloud communications platform that enables businesses to send and receive SMS messages programmatically at global scale. By integrating Twilio with Muvi, platforms can deliver critical notifications such as OTPs, payment alerts, reminders, and system messages reliably through a trusted SMS gateway.
Once enabled, Twilio acts as the SMS delivery gateway for your Muvi platform, ensuring reliable transmission of system and user notifications such as OTPs, payment confirmations, reminders, and alerts.
How to Use This Integration
- Log in to your Muvi CMS → Marketing → Notification Centre.
- Go to the Settings tab and select SMS.
- Choose Use your own gateway to send SMS.
- Select Twilio and enter your Account SID and Auth Token.
- Click Confirm to save the configuration.
- Once enabled, all SMS notifications from your platform — including OTPs, payment confirmations, trial reminders, and alerts — will be delivered via Twilio.
