After completing the sign up process, please log in to your Muvi Live CMS dashboard to start your first live stream.
To add and set up your first live stream, go to the “Live Stream Library” and click on “Add Live Stream”. The live stream form will appear. Fill in all the details in that form and submit it. The live stream will be added based on your chosen settings (as filled in the form).
There are many streaming encoders out there in the market, including the OBS Studio which is free of cost. You can integrate and use any streaming software with Muvi Live, including OBS, vMix, and Wirecast. In this blog, we are going to use the OBS Studio, as it is open source and free to use.
Your streaming encoder is now integrated with Muvi Live and your live streaming has started.
You can now go back to your Muvi Live CMS, and generate the HLS link. To do so, just click on the three dots appearing at the corner of your content, and click on Output HLS. The link will appear on your screen. Just copy the link and share it with your audience.
Whoever clicks on the link will be able to view your live stream. You can also embed the link on your website if you want. Otherwise, simply sharing the live link will be more than enough.
