Online users found solace with the entertainment list hence shooting a 35% increase in OTT growth as well as tapping 31 million users from the start of the lockdown.
Subscriptions for viewing on-demand videos have climbed up to 8% more hence impacting the subscription revenue to rise to 42%. Another contribution to the surge in OTT rise is the players such as Netflix and more, SVOD models and discounts and benefits used to lure users into investing in OTT.
