CBS is planning to introduce a live streaming service for sports. CBSN content which was introduced recently included its live news and original reporting would be part of CBS’s over-the-top streaming service, CBS All Access.
With this new OTT sports based service, CBS aims to replicate the CBSN model but for the world of sports.
Sports programming is being introduced to over-the-top viewers that no longer subscribe to traditional TV like cable or satellite TV.
