Google in Talks again, for a New VOD Service

Google to merge music streaming services

Alphabet’s Google unit is said to enter in agreement with the big units including CBS , Disney, Viacom and 21st Century Fox and is said to launch its own video streaming platform sometime as early as February next year. The giant is reported to be in talks with Time Warner as well.

The new OTT service can be named Google Unplugged is expected to be a part of Google YouTube service and will offer subscription services like Netflix and alike. The video streaming service is also reported to provide skinny bundles at lower prices than those of existing cable or satellite providers.
