Taking the live streaming momentum, Twitter tries to make changes to its platform in order to focus more on the live video streaming services. The company has recently added a button to user profiles for users to get easy notifications for live videos from individual accounts.
One more feature buzzes when accounts go live on Periscope and shares link on Twitter. Twitter has bee1n investing a lot on in live videos by signing deals with sports giants such as NHL, MLB and the NFL. Twitter also live streamed the US Republican and Democratic National Conventions a few days ago. The company may also add notification subscriptions for users to be notified about live videos they might be interested in.
