Netflix Viewing Habits in Asian Countries

According to findings of a study, Malaysians love to watch movies and TV series online. The study reveals Netflix’s peak video streaming hour is as late as 10 pm in Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea. Netflix says that at around 7 am, there is an increase of 34% in viewership worldwide for comedy. In India, 82% prefer to stream at 9 am. Drama accounts for 47% of global viewing between noon and 2 pm which is an increase of 5% when compared with the rest of the. Night viewership amounts to 15% of global streaming between midnight and 6 am and it goes up to 21% in Japan and South Korea.
