On Friday Music Streaming App – Shazam announced its partnership with Vadio, a Music Video platform that will allow Shazam users in the world to stream specially curated music video channels directly in the app via Vadio-powered technology.

“By incorporating high quality videos into Shazam’s music channel it is making it possible for brands and artists to provide new ways for its global audience to discover music” said Bryce Clemmer, co-founder and CEO at Vadio.

In order to begin watching the chosen music video, users will have to actually click the icon, as it does not begin automatically streaming. Once the first video has concluded, Vadio’s algorithm will step in and begin another relevant clip, which both companies hope will spur music discovery.
