Sky launches a VR app for Android and iOS

Sky has announced the launch of its virtual reality app for iOS and Android platforms, which will feature a great range of 360-degree video content. Sky is bringing two new VR experiences through this app including Sky Sports and an English National Ballet production of Giselle.

Other VR content to be featured through the app are the VR footage from Star Wars, The Jungle Book, The Martian and Suicide Squad: Squad 360. Sky said they have launched VR studios before and have seen huge interest among people in the technology, and thus, they keep experimenting on new VR launches.
