The former Roc-A-Fella Records head, hip hop entrepreneur Damon Dash is entering the over-the-top OTT space with his own platform named Dame Dash TV from Dame Dash Studios and Film.On TV Networks. The live streaming platform will feature entertainment content related to business, travel, music (Hip-Hop and rock and roll), comedy, fashion and “the good life.”
The new VOD platform will feature “The Dame Dash Show” providing the lessons on business success and “Hip Hop Motivation” to be hosted by Dash and Kenyatta Griggs. “This synergy with FilmOn’s global platform is going to get our content out to an even broader audience. We’re getting bigger. And stay tuned for scripted content soon.” – said Damon Dash in an statement.
