Amazon SNS
Integrate Amazon SNS with Muvi One to deliver reliable, large-scale messaging across global audiences. Use AWS-powered SMS delivery to send OTPs, transactional alerts, and critical notifications with high deliverability and regional reach.
Once enabled, Amazon SNS allows Muvi to trigger SMS notifications directly from the platform. Messages such as OTPs, system alerts, and campaign notifications are routed through AWS infrastructure while Muvi continues to manage user context, workflows, and notification logic.
How to Use This Integration
- Log in to your Muvi CMS → Marketing → Notification Centre.
- Navigate to Settings → SMS.
- Select Use your own gateway to send SMS.
- Choose Amazon SNS from the available gateway options.
- Enter your AWS Default Region, AWS Access Key ID, and AWS Secret Access Key.
- Click Save to activate the integration.
