Mailchimp
Mailchimp is an email marketing platform that helps you create, automate, and measure campaigns to engage your audience. It supports list management, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance analytics so you can run newsletters, announcements, and promotional emails more effectively.
Once enabled, Mailchimp can be connected to your Muvi One platform to help you manage audience lists and run email campaigns such as newsletters, product updates, and promotional announcements using your Muvi audience base.
How to Use This Extension
- Log in to your Mailchimp account (or create one).
- Navigate to Account → Extras → API Keys and generate a new API key.
- In your Muvi CMS → Support → Create a Ticket, choose Customized Request and mention “Mailchimp Integration” in the ticket title.
- Add your Mailchimp API key and audience list details in the ticket description.
- Submit the request — the Muvi team will connect your Mailchimp account to your platform and share activation details.
