Presence

Being present or mindful is to (1) pay attention, (2) on purpose, (3) without judgement.
We don’t allow laptops (except for the host) and mobile phones in meetings. Very simple idea, but very few companies do it.
We strive to be “present” (be mindful) at every meeting and discussion. If the conversation is not relevant to us, we excuse ourselves. However, if we participate, we are fully prepared and present (mindful), take a genuine interest, without any distractions.
