Chelsea Handler has signed a deal with Netflix for a new talk show to begin in early 2016, the on-demand streaming video company’s first foray into late-night programming territory. The deal also includes a new one-hour standup special to air on Oct. 10 based on her recent “Uganda Be Kidding Me” tour. She will also make four “docu-comedy” specials in which she learns about new subjects ranging from Nascar and the NBA draft to politics and Silicon Valley.
