Baahubali has completed a 100-day run in Indian theatres and has been acquired by video streaming giant Netflix for the sum of Rs 25.5 crore.

Netflix which has paid an amount of $4 million (around Rs 25.5 crore) to crack a deal with Arka Mediaworks who are the producers of Baahubali. The deal includes streaming rights to both Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion
Netflix’s rising focus on India as a market has not only brought streaming rights to Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan but also a series of original programming like Vikram Chandra’s Sacred Games and Aravind Adiga’s Selection Day.
