According to reports, OTT services are rising among US, UK and the Philippines consumers.
The rise of SVOD platforms such as Amazon prime, Hulu and Netflix, original content consumption, easy sign-up, content recommendation, billing flexibility, and ability to stream the favorite show anytime have led the growth of OTT in the region.
The report further stated that OTT Platform providers were given higher positive ratings in around eight categories out of the total ten categories. With the struggle to keep customers happy, traditional pay-TV providers received the most negative ratings in billing, and contacting customer service categories.
