American media giant, Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) goes direct to consumers with the launch of its own subscription video streaming service (SVOD). The SVOD service will provide content from RTVE, Televisa etc. and will offer on-demand access to Spanish-language programming.

The new OTT service is a part of Univision’s expansive on-demand and live streaming service, Univision Now. The platform will give fans access to the best video on demand content from around the globe.
