TiVo-owned video-recommendation company Digitalsmiths released another report damning bundled pay-TV viewing on Wednesday, concluding that around 1.5 million Americans have plans to ditch their cable, satellite or IPTV service. Another 38.1 million U.S. pay-TV customers are dissatisfied with their pay-TV service, the Q4 survey of more than 3,000 U.S. adults extrapolates.
