Roshan Dwivedi Published on : 31 January 2018

Altice has announced the availability of its cloud-based platform for all customers including Altice One. This means Netflix will be accessed directly by Altice’s customers from the platform’s user interface.

The cloud-based platform substitutes the traditional cable box and allows double- and triple-play customers to access a variety of applications including online streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, etc. The technology also enables access to live streaming TV, video-on-demand services, Wifi, and phone service, everything from a central device.

Customers without a Netflix membership can sign up for the service directly through Altice One.

Hakim Boubazine, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer at Altice USA, quoted, “Altice One combines the latest technology into one immersive experience as we make it simple for our customers to find what they want to watch and access all of their subscriptions in one place.”
