Almost a quarter of pay-TV subscribers in Argentina are looking to cut the cord, according to Carrier y Asociados. This is almost the same number as around the same time last year as per the Internet y consumo audiovisual 2017 report.
Further, the report suggests that 80% of Argentinians watch video regardless of the source on their pay-TV platform.
The Free-to-air digital platform (TDA) rises to be the second most-used source of content, preferably used by 13% of homes. This is due to the growth of DTT.
