Video streaming service Hooq is finally launching in Singapore 2 years after having set its foot in four other Southeast and South Asia countries. The service has so far been available in Philippines, Thailand, India, and Indonesia and now comes to the homeland Singapore.
Hooq CEO Peter Bithos states that Singaporean audience is quite sophisticated when it comes to online services and they wanted to be prepared before they launched in this market. The company now brings various interesting features like an option to download offline content. The service will be available to Singaporean audience at a monthly fee of S$8.98 (US$6.20).
