TechCrunch reported that a new “continuous live video” API is coming to Facebook’s broadcast partners, allowing users to keep streaming beyond the 90-minute time limit, for 24-hour-a-day. A Facebook spokesperson confirmed the report, adding that the company is currently running a small test of continuous live streaming and hopes to make it available more broadly.
