Native display ads to spike up by a third in 2017

According to a latest eMarketer forecast, Native digital display Ads spending in the US will grow by 36.2% this year to reach $22.09 billion. For the first time, native digital display ad spending will make up more than half (52.9%) of all display ad spending in the US.

The growth is fueled by the increasing availability of mobile content as well as the demand for engaging ads. Majority of native digital display ad spending will go to social advertising, mainly driven by facebook video advertising.
