Periscope brings in Drone & GoPro live streaming swap

Roshan Dwivedi Published on : 12 May 2016

Live streaming service Periscope is making the save function official. Reports indicate that it will now automatically save all live streams, and this can be permanently saved on the user’s Twitter timeline. Broadcasts can be set to delete after 24 hours or whenever required too. Periscope is rolling out a new feature that will enable live streaming from a DJI Drone. DJI Drone will let users swap between the feeds from the drone and the phone. Periscope will let users do a triple swap video streaming if they have a GoPro in addition to these. This is a first amongst live streaming platforms. There will also be a provision to search from live streams and saved broadcasts. It will support hashtags too.
