Music streaming service, Spotify has now acquired online music studio startup Soundtrap. The Stockholm-based company makes freemium, cloud-based, collaborative music and podcast; in a recording studio that includes its own collection of loops. The move signals Spotify’s intentions to diversify into music creation and not just limit itself to its distribution.
